This is a high quality dire wolf lower carnassial (m1). This specimen has both roots fully intact which is very difficult to find. The enamel shows some heavy wear indicating that this specimen came from an older animal. The enamel has an attractive blue/grey coloration. This is a great example. Dire wolf carnassials of this quality are difficult to find.
