This is an absolutely monster sized dugong humerus (arm) bone. This is by far the largest example of this bone that we have ever encountered - it truly dwarfs other examples. It is extremely well mineralized and weighs 3lb 2.6oz. It was found in two pieces and has been glued with a tight seam. Very impressive example that displays well. Rare bone.
