This is hands down the finest tapir maxilla section that we have ever offered for sale. This specimen has so much going for it - it features seven perfect teeth, a huge section of bone/skull, and a lot amount of gorgeous pink algae staining. It is rock solid and very heavily mineralized - it weighs 14.5oz. It displays extremely well - this is truly an eye-catching specimen.
