This is a very rare rhinoceros astragalus (ankle) bone. This specimen is very heavily mineralized and literally rock-like, it weighs 7.0oz. It is highly detailed with ultra crisp features all around, no damage or erosion. Really fantastic example of a bizarre rarely seen bone.
