This is an extra large and extremely attractive rooted mastodon tooth. This specimen features beautiful off-white/cream colored patina which contrasts nicely against the chocolate brown roots. Approximately 80-90% of the root system is still intact. This is a solid and heavy tooth, it weighs just shy of 3lbs. It makes a fantastic display specimen - pictures do it no justice.
