This is an absolutely world class museum quality fully rooted mastodon tooth. This specimen simply could not be any better. The roots are 99% intact which is virtually never seen. The roots act as a natural display stand and the tooth stands up by itself. 100% of the enamel is intact, the crown is high and shows very minimal wear. Truly museum quality specimen - they don't come any better than this.
