This is a massive and extremely nice mammoth mandible (lower jaw). This specimen was found in Horse Creek, a tributary to the Peace River, in 1959. It is rock solid and extremely heavily mineralized - it weighs just shy of 35lbs. Makes an awesome display specimen. This is an extremely rare find in Florida - this is the best Florida mammoth jaw that we have every offered for sale.
