This is an extremely attractive section of archaeocete whale (zeuglodon/basilosaurus) tooth. This specimen has stunning ultra glossy jet black enamel. This is approximately half of a cheek tooth. The root is nearly fully intact. Extremely attractive example that is in excellent condition.
