This is an exceptionally nice tapir mandible (lower jaw) with four perfect teeth still intact. The teeth feature attractive cream glossy patina which contrasts nicely against the brown bone. It is rock solid and very heavily mineralized and weighs 14.5oz. This is an impressive specimen that makes a great display piece. These are very difficult to find this nice and intact.
