This is an extra large and very high quality three-hump mastodon tooth. This specimen is rock solid and very heavily mineralized; it weighs 1lb 7.7oz. Very minimal wear to the enamel and the crown is high. Mostly black enamel with splashes of light pale green. A good portion of the root system is still intact. 100% of the enamel is intact. This is a large and impressive tooth; very high quality specimen. Mastodon teeth of this size and quality are getting very difficult to find.
