This is an absolutely gem quality juvenile mammoth tooth with a large portion of the root system still intact. This specimen is absolutely immaculate and extremely detailed all around. Beautiful cream patina. The occlusal (chewing) surface is just beginning to show the first signs of wear. Absolutely fantastic specimen; they do not come any finer than this.
