This is an absolutely gorgeous archaeocete whale tooth that was found in south Georgia. This specimen is in really remarkable condition, far better than most, these are usually found split down the middle. One root is virtually fully intact and a good portion of the other is still intact as well. Really fantastic example from an incredibly rare species.

This specimen was previously listed on our website for $850.00. Unfortunately, it was dropped and broken into four pieces. The pieces were glued and the seams expertly filled. It is exactly as it was prior to being dropped, but the repair saves you a few hundred.
