This is an exceptional and very attractive mastodon cervical (neck) vertebra. This specimen is very well preserved with crisp features all around. Impressive size with a beautiful patina. It has been coated with a preservative so it will be safe to handle for many years to come. These are very difficult to find in this nice of condition. Awesome specimen.
