This is an absolutely incredible matched set of associated mammoth teeth that were found side by side. The teeth match up perfectly and are mounted on a custom pecky cypress stand. The large tooth is one of the finest most detailed teeth we have ever encountered - every single plate is intact. It has 24 total plates, 100% of which are intact, all the way down to the tiny ones that are virtually never seen. It weighs 12lb 13.9oz by itself. There is no dentin between the unerupted plates, so of course they have been glued back on. This is a truly incredible, one-of-a-kind specimen that makes an impressive display. This will easily go into our private collection if it does not sell.
