It is extremely difficult to find a fossil deer antler that is this large and intact. Awesome example that is very impressive. This is a "shed" antler, which is quite uncommon - usually shed antlers are rapidly gnawed away by rodents. Awesome light colored patina from the spring fed water environment where it was found. Great example.
