This is a large and impressive three hump mastodon tooth. This specimen is not museum quality - it has a few nicks and dings - but it is a massive tooth that is quite attractive for a very affordable price. It has been coated with a preservative so it will be safe to handle for many years to come. Approximately 75% of the root system is still intact. Some very nice enamel colors which the pictures do no justice. This is a lot of tooth for the money.
