This is an absolutely monstrous and gorgeous Suwannee River auriculatus shark tooth. This specimen has stunning ultra glossy orange enamel. It has crisp and still deadly serrations. Slight feeding wear to the tip keeps this specimen from the legendary 4" mark, this tooth 100% would've been 4" with the tip. Exceptional bourlette. Awesome lobed deep V root. Missing one strip of enamel, which may be some type of pathology, as there is a seam running through the bourlette at the same place. Truly incredible and very impressive tooth. A tiny bit of feeding wear keeps this specimen from being a $2500 tooth.
