This is a very unique llama upper molar (tooth) with a pathology. Out of thousands of llama teeth we've had through the years, this is only the second pathology that we have noted. This specimen has an extra enamel cusp growing out of the lingual side of the tooth, almost like a stylid. Really unique specimen.
