This is an extremely gorgeous auriculatus shark tooth with vibrant coloration from the famous Suwannee River in north Florida. This specimen has an incredible natural glossy patina over the entire tooth including the root. Beautiful apple green enamel coloration. There is a groove cut into the enamel on the nondisplay labial side from the shark biting the tooth as it was ejected from the mouth - it can be best seen in the fourth picture. This tooth is so highly polished that it still looks wet!! Awesome tooth from a great location - these are getting exceedingly difficult to find.
