This is a very rare and unique juvenile jaguar upper premolar tooth. This specimen is from a young cat that was just beginning to get its adult tooth. This is the adult upper P3 that was still unerupted and had not yet fully formed the roots and the enamel. This is a rarely found tooth position, out of approximately 100 jaguar teeth in our private collection we only have two examples of this tooth position.
