This is a very nice proximal phalanx (toe bone) from the rare early Pleistocene species of Hemiauchenia. This specimen has the classic extra long and slender shape for the species. It is well mineralized with crisp features all around. This is only the second phalanx from this species that we have ever offered for sale.
