This is a very uncommon ground sloth ungual phalanx from the fourth digit of the hand. This is from the sloth's smallest digit (finger) that has a diminutive or nonexistant claw, but this bone is technically the "claw core". It is a well preserved example of a very uncommon bone for a great price.
