This is a very rare white-tailed deer "dew claw" hoof core with the medial phalanx (toe bone). This is only the second dew claw that we've ever offered for sale. It is in perfect condition with no damage anywhere. "Dew claws" are vestigial remnant bones from when deer had additional digits than what they have today. Both bones were found at the same site and are a great match, but they may not be from the same individual.
