This is an extremely rare section of dugong maxilla (upper jaw) with three teeth still intact. It is rock solid and very heavily mineralized; it weighs 3.5oz, very heavy for its size. All three teeth are fully intact and show unique heavy wear. This is one of only a small handful of dugong jaw sections that we have ever offered for sale - this is an extremely rare piece.
