This is a very rare and really exceptional jaguar upper carnassial (P4). This specimen has deep, super rich chocolate ultra glossy enamel. One root is fully intact. Ancient feeding wear, almost certainly from crunching on the bones of prey. Really excellent specimen - much nicer than the pictures portray. Great representation from a rare and highly sought after species.
