This is an absolutely world class Paramylodon sloth tooth. This specimen is in exceptional condition and is extremely detailed. Pictures truly do this tooth no justice - it is much nicer in hand. The occlusal (chewing) surface wear pattern is really remarkable. Impressive size, measures 3.97" long. Sloth teeth of this size and quality are very difficult to find.
